Abu Rugs & Home

Over twenty years ago, we purchased rugs from Abu for our entire home. We have large wool and silk rugs that are hand knotted and the most beautiful art on our floors. We have runners and smaller rugs as well.

Just last year, we remodeled our home and sent all of our rugs to Abu to be cleaned and some of the fringe cut professionally. These rugs have seen much traffic, many gatherings, spills including wine, however, they have always been easy to clean and return to their beauty.

The professional cleaning last year brought them back to their original luster and we continue to enjoy them each and every day.

In addition, Abu is personally invested in how the rugs are placed in our home. He came personally to help place and replace furniture on them "just so"...He is a wonderful man as are all of those he employs in his business.

We highly recommend Abu and his company and his beautiful artistic rugs to anyone wanting something rare and beautiful that will last for generations.

My experience with Abu is as follows: He is a first class gentleman who is always exquisitely dressed, but more importantly, he is a solid expert on the manufacturing of the product and can direct his customers to the types of rugs that they desire while being able to explain all of the steps in the manufacture of the product. He is able to easily explain the quality of the product while assisting his customers to get the best product value available at the price point they are comfortable with.
