Every experience I've had this with this company has been a pleasant experience! Today's tech Sean was super knowledgeable and most importantly very honest. He explained my options, let me know the best route to go & put my mind @ ease. There's never been a situation where I felt that I was trying to get sold something unnecessarily. The goal with Dr Johns is to make sure the work is done efficiently, safely all protocols are met the customers happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

In this review I am not talking about the service or work that was done which I would believe would be excellent. This will be about someone employed by John's. I was in a particular situation where my wallet was left at the house and when I usually use my phone to pay wirelessly my phone was dead and I had no charger. I was just sitting there and Paul was there at the speedway on Silas Creek filling up his company vehicle and he saw that I was in a tough place. Paul offered to help me out which was tough for me because I was the one usually helping others in those situations. It was enough to get me home and I tell you it made me think about how much those things can mean to others. I owe him but much more than what he gave me. He looked like he has put in a hard days work and was ready to relax when he got home. I look forward to seeing him one day to get him back as he said he could be anywhere tomorrow when I asked where I could meet him. This is the kind of guy who probably gets overlooked so if you see him tell him what a difference he makes. Thanks Paul.

Shawn was great. He was able to determine why we weren't getting much air from a recently installed AC unit. Turns out the previous homeowner didn't have heating and cooling zones. We can upgrade the current system with zones and won't have to buy a whole new system. This has been an excellent experience!
