(July 15, 2020, 11:07 pm)I was driving from VA to GA and decided to pull over halfway during my trip for some Zs. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member so that's the first hotel I searched for nearby. It was clean, pristine, smelled good and peaceful! I slept like a baby and played in the shower for a while! Next thing I know, someone walked into my room, but lucky enough for me, I had the internal lock/switch-lever on it, so they couldn't come all the way in. I complained to the front desk and Ken Andrews, the Hospitality Manager rectified the situation. He told me he would handle it that day and he was a man of his word. It turned my whole experience back around to a 5 star rating. You were your word Ken, and so this review, is my word that I gave to you! I see that Ken has been in this managerial position for 6 years; I can see why.
