Great service, very prompt, courteous, answered all our questions. Nice selection of products to choose from. In and out less than 30 minutes. Mark was very helpful in assisting us with our choice of a quartz countertop for our bathroom remodel. He was able to help us visualize how our choice would look with our existing oak vanity, which put our minds at ease and solidify our choice. This is our 2nd time working with Carolina Custom Surfaces and once again they proved their professionalism!

Mark did a great job finding a remnant that they were able to install on 2 of our bathrooms we remodeled. That was their easy part. While installing they went beyond the call of duty and temporary repaired a water leak until the plumbers could come in. So we did not have to turn off the water to the entire house. Thank you Jose Garcia. He is a real asset to your company.

Service was great from the sales team, to the installers and office staff. Sales manager worked for an hour with us to find something we liked and from whole installation process was easy, well communicated, and on time. We'll do business with them again if I ever attempt another remodel.
