I absolutely love everyone at this practice, I mean everyone! Every time I have been the exceed my expectations. I have three kids and appointments with them can be tough, but the ladies in the back all helped me and were so kind. They let you know everything ahead of time so you are aware and prepared. If you are in need of a pediatric dentist I highly recommend this practice they are phenomenal.

The whole staff is amazing. Short wait times. Super friendly. My son is three and has Autism. He does not like anyone touching his face. He has a meltdown and cries but they are so patient and gentle with him. They sing the alphabet song and count to calm him down. By the end of his most recent visit my "non-verbal" son said phrases...unprompted which is HUGE. He thanked them himself! Amazing.

Highly recommend this office! My 4 year old saw Michelle and she is great with little kiddos. My 13 year old saw Mary and had an amazing experience as well. They made my babies feel so comfortable during their appointment times and we will drive 45 minutes to continue seeing Dr Andrews, Michelle and Mary!

Update: We attended annual evaluations for 3 years, and now my son is in braces. He has dental anxiety, but Dr. Mike and his team are very good at keeping him relaxed and calm, and he's doing well with his braces!
My children (6 & 9) had orthodontic evaluations. The office is pretty and clean, with plenty of toys and gadgets to entertain. Dr. Mike has an excellent manner, which helped both kids relax, and enjoy the experience. All my questions were answered, and I have a solid idea of when they will both need braces, and what we're facing in a treatment plan. I would recommend this practice without reservation!
*** Two years later, and we go for annual check-ups to gauge their tooth development, and when they will be ready for braces. The experience is always pleasant, and everyone, especially Dr. Mike, is excellent at answering questions. It takes a lot of the anxiety out of preparing for braces. :)

We visited Greensboro from out of town and needed an emergency appointment. My daughter had a large abscess over her tooth. They did x-rays, an exam, and discovered the tooth needed to be extracted so the abscess could drain. Every single person with whom we were in contact was professional and kind. They made sure to ask me “if it was okay” every step of the way and gave me plenty of updates. They were superb with my very nervous and anxious child. The dentist that pulled the tooth was Dr. Medina. She was wonderful and did a perfect extraction. My daughter was very scared and they handled her with such care and love. Thank you everyone working there that helped us out this morning! My daughter is doing well and feeling her normal, hyper and happy self!
(Cost wise- with our insurance, the entire appointment cost just less than $300).
