Sean is an exceptional trainer. He listens and understands what you need—and he has continued to do this through the COVID shutdown. I first started going to Sean two years ago when I suddenly had less time to exercise and I needed something that had a very high return for the amount of time invested and Sean did not disappoint!
I cannot recommend Sean highly enough and I have regularly recommended him to friends and colleagues.

I've been working out with Sean for two years. I really like the structure of having an appointment for the gym as it holds me accountable. Sean is an excellent motivator & has helped me push & accomplish goals. His knowledge of physical fitness & dietary tips are extremely helpful. After working regularly with Sean I was able to run 3 miles again!! I would highly recommend Sean Wells as a personal trainer.
My experience with Sean Wells has been excellent!! Having been diagnosed with Parkinson's for a little over six years I could tell that basic functions were getting tougher to handle, and kept hearing that exercise was as good as medicine. A friend from my Parkinson's support group working with Sean invited me to go with her.....and that was the day that I got on the right track.
Sean knows how hard to push and when to lighten up. He listens to what you say, which as a beginner was very important. I really think that he knew what I could do before I did.........including boxing!!!
