Shawn really took care of me when I brought him an 8 year old rainbow machine that I inherited that had never seen a service. The machine was in awful shape after I lended it to someone dear who overfilled the basin and didn’t understand how to care for the vacuum and the shampoo head attachment. I’m so grateful for the attention to detail and the level of care and customer service provided by Shawn and his team at this location.

Great customer service!! Fixed my rainbow within a few days. Some things were covered with my warranty. What was not covered was reasonably priced. So glad I found this place. Only store I will ever bring my rainbow to. Thank you!

This Rainbow office is Awesome! Sean was very informative,curtious,and super friendly. I use to work for Rainbow years ago, and after meeting Sean it makes me want to come back. These guys took my unit apart quickly, saved me a ton of money,and for now on they will definitely see me when ever I need something else done.If you need anything done to your Rainbow this is certainly the place to come to for customer service!!

Excellent customer service. Fast turnaround time. Very knowledgeable of the Rainbow. Answered all questions and showed us how to maintain our system so that we wouldn't incur more costly repairs. Great guys!

Great service by very professional company. Took a 30-year-old unit in for repair and replaced it with a brand new one. Sean really knows his business and cares about his customers.
