  Excellent car buying experience! Prior to this purchase, I had only used large dealerships. I admit I was somewhat uneasy going into this process, due to my assumption that smaller dealers were not as good. I couldn’t have been more wrong! From start to finish, we received phenomenal customer service. The vehicle we selected was in great condition, and Fred had it washed for us before we picked it up. Probably the biggest surprise for me, was how quick and simple the purchase paperwork was. No sitting in the office for hours, listening to someone try to sell me unnecessary upgrades, insurance, or service plans. This was by far the quickest vehicle purchase transaction I’ve ever seen, and it was all done correctly. If Triad Imports has a vehicle you like, do yourself a favor and check them out. I will undoubtedly do business with them again!

  Abdul as well as other team members done a great job. Me and my family have purchased 3 vehicles from them and we can’t complain! Thanks for going over and beyond. I can honestly say if I can’t get the car from them I wouldn’t look elsewhere good job fellas!

  I have had one of my best experiences with a dealership from the gentlemen at Triad Imports Inc. I could not speak more highly of every single person I encountered while buying my vehicle. I used to finance vehicles for a living, and these guys that I had never met showed me the best customer service I have ever experienced in auto purchasing (even more so than the local Tennessee dealerships I had business relationships with for years). I fully intend on any car purchase I make in the future being from Triad Imports Inc. I asked many questions which were answered honestly, got a late model vehicle at a price under what I could have bought locally, and walked away with the exact car that we had been looking for in a 500 mile radius for weeks. They arranged fantastic primary financing within 30 minutes, and delivered the car to my front door ( a 3 1/2 hour drive to Tennessee) within 24 hours. I am blown away by the top notch level of their service and look forward to buying from them again in the future. I cannot begin to thank you gentlemen enough for going above and beyond for this customer. I thought I had seen it all in many years of car financing, but Your group is something special and I am so thankful to have found your company.

  I highly recommend this car lot to everyone. I had a great experience and found the exactly what I wanted. I had rode all over North Carolina and test drove many many other cars but the one for me was right here under my nose at Triad Imports. I personally dealt with Fred but everyone else that I encountered were nice and helpful. They didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. ?

  Triad imports inc. They're super efficient and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my contract they even took in my trade in and gave me a great value for it! Im very satisfied with their service. I will recommend them to any one of my family or friends. I love my new car !! I'll be coming back for next
