I had been searching and test drove several trucks but couldn’t get anyone willing to work out any deals. I happened across Brookbanks website and started watching it to see if there would be anything interesting to me. I saw a truck I really wanted to look at so I called and spoke to Kat. She assured me that the truck was still there and that she had the keys so it would be ready for a test drive when I got there. I purchased that truck and couldn’t be any more satisfied. I didn’t feel pressured, didn’t get the runaround nor did they do the 7 trips to the sales manager. I made an offer, Kat countered then I countered and papers were signed. I don’t know anyone that enjoys looking for vehicles on car lots but I had a great time and can’t say enough about how well I was treated by Kat and the Brookbank staff. Thank you Kat, and Thomas, for being professional but also good people! I know exactly where I’m going when it’s time to buy another vehicle, and that’s Brookbank Auto!

These guys are absolutely fantastic! We went by there on a Saturday found the truck I wanted but really didn't like the wheels on it. Thomas offered me another set that they had bought to install on another truck. He had to have the owner come by to let me see the wheels. I loved them so while I was signing the paperwork on the truck Thomas and the owner were installing the new wheels and tires! I just can't say enough about the service and the dedication these guys offer. Also I've had the truck for about 3 weeks and already put about 2000 miles on it and haven't had one problem! Just goes to show that your not getting someone else's junk! Love the truck and will definitely be back for my next one!!!

I can't say enough about the experience with Brookbank Auto Exchange. I came across an F150 online that caught my eye and being from out of town i made a phone call and SO glad i did. Spoke with Rick Harris and he answered all of my questions and the next day we drove up and the truck was just as represented and more. Rick was most gracious with his time even as others were waiting to purchase trucks. Great guy, took really good care of us and the transaction went smoothly.
