Hard to pick which attribute we liked best - good quality, good value, professional, responsive, or on time. All are excellent. Installed new roof after damage by hail. Sent someone to inspect prior to insurance involvement and then sent him back again to participate in insurance inspection. Proposal was clear and very professional, provided explanation of insurance claim, offered scheduling flexibility, responsive to each and every question or call, polite and conscientious installation team. On Tops Roofing recently installed new shingles on my entire house. They also repaired/replaced some of the decking, and installed soffit vents and a ridge vent. The crew was efficient and thorough. Cleanup was very good, and they even “swept” around the entire house with a magnetic sweep, to find and pickup any stray roofing nails. The materials used were the same ones quoted by other companies, and On Tops’ quote was similar or less than the two other quotes I received. Great team! Great service! Absolutely no issues at all. And, most importantly, our roof looks GREAT! Thank you On Tops!!
