Dr. Wiltshire was absolutely amazing! She is an exceptional communicator, taking time to clearly explain what was happening in terms that made sense to me. Striking the right tone can be so hard for doctors but she nailed it without dumbing things down or relying only on medical jargon. She reached out throughout the process to make sure she answered all my questions and always felt accessible. I never felt rushed and she listened carefully to my concerns to make sure she offered options that met my needs.

Dr. Wiltshire was extremely knowledgeable. Because she explained the process so well, I always felt fully informed about my treatment and I trusted her. When there were decisions I needed to make about how to proceed, she equipped me with the necessary information to weigh my options and make the best choice.

Dr. Wiltshire demonstrated she cared about me as a patient. She came in on a holiday to perform my procedure, which I really appreciated. Also, I mentioned having difficulty reaching someone for an administrative issue and she made sure they reached out to me so things moved forward, which was super helpful.

The clinic was very professional. It was easy to make appointments and I didn't have to wait long.

Treatment here was a great experience. I didn't see my doctor every visit during treatment, but the other doctors and staff were also kind and helpful. Monitoring visits are quick. My IVF was successful and I will be returning for number two.

If you are a working professional that needs an office to respect your time, your travel schedules, your other life constraints, and just make your life a little easier as you go through an otherwise anxiety ridden process of IVF, then this is the place to visit! The Colombus Circle office is so efficient- i dont think i ever waited for more than 10 min for my process- would be in and out in 15 min. From the receptionist to the nurses to the other doctors, every single person is so polite, helpful and thoughtful- in all my life i have not have such a consistently great medical experience from an office through a span of an entire year- highly recommended! I do not have enough words to say how absolutely amazing Dr Forman is. Not only did he do a completely unique protocol for my IVF transfer (which incorporated my fear of intra muscular injections, my travel schedule and all), but he is extremely non judgemental, always available to respond to questions via email, even in the middle of the night. His bed side manners are so welcoming and polite. I had done an IVF before which causes me tremendous pain for many months after, but the protocol Dr Forman applied cause me shockingly no pain. He isn't the "by the book" doctor- he will tweak standard processes to apply what is best for your body and your medical needs and perhaps that's why we were able to have a successful process with him. Ever so grateful to him and his team.
