    I’ve been going for 4 months and am able to get a well rounded workout every time I go. Facility is equipped with everything you need and people are friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with my experience overall

    It's a true mom and pop gym. Has a lot of Steel weights and only a little cardiovascular equipment. If you want to lift weights seriously it's a great place.
