From parts to service you probably won’t find a better group of people to deal with at a large truck dealer. Service writers and shop floor actually communicate and know what each other is doing and where things are at in diagnosis/repair process. If service writers don’t have an answer they will get it and call you back. Never feel like I’m chasing answers or info with these guys and gals.

We brought our 2016 587 in with a 5mph derate. After diag, they discovered the issue was a short on the wire harness for the DEF pump. I knew this already, from pulling the codes and speaking with my local mechanic and explaining the symptoms. I never actually spoke to the service dept after my driver dropped the truck off. I was glad to know they came to the same conclusion, and it let me breathe easier knowing that I wasn’t about to get hammered with an estimate for a bunch of parts I didn’t need.

They looked at the entire harness and found that there were shorts in several places from rubbing against the frame. It honestly would have been easier for them to just tell me that I needed a new harness and move on to the next truck. This would’ve cost us our truck being down for at least a week, and a $3500+ repair bill to boot. But they didn’t do us like that, and this is why I needed to come and write a review. Too many people are going out of business behind bad shops just throwing parts at a truck with dealer-level issues.

They examined and repaired the shorts found in the harness from end to end, and zip-tied it carefully so it wouldn’t rub against the frame any longer. The total bill ended up being much less than the cost of a brand new harness WITHOUT even adding on the labor to install.

Repairs are never fun, but I am more than happy to have had these guys repair our truck. We were in and out in 1 day, and back to making money. Special shout out to Jordan in the service dept, too. He was incredibly professional and made the whole process go as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. My driver hit the road and all is good.

Came in with a diesel leak at the water separator! Instead of being greedy and charging me for something I didn’t need, the service writer Jacob told me to go and buy and new filter and he would install it for me. It appears that at the last PM previous dealer did not tighten the cap all the way and eventually started leaking. No charge this time other than a new filter which I didn’t use, but kept as a spare! Thank you guys for the great service and quick help.
