WD Smith Construction converted a bonus room of ours into a bedroom with full bathroom and walk-in closet. Communicating and coordinating the project with William was simple and effective. The workmanship and caliber of his subcontractors is excellent, we will definitely us William again on future projects.

They remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms, and a screened porch. William is so professional and easy to work with. All of his subs are great as well. He will make sure you are satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!

We had two bathroom remodels completed by WD Smith. The quality of their work was equally matched by the level of customer service they provided. The whole way through the project, we felt empowered to participate in the overall design and the outcome. WD Smith Construction “William” built my new house. Being a first-time home buyer and building my first home on top of that was very stressful, but William and his crew made the process so easy. He worked with me all the way from clearing the land to handing over the keys. He was very easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Anything that needed attention after I moved in was taken care of very promptly. He was great to work with and if I build another house, he will be the first one I call.

William and his team have done six projects for us: a large combined addition/major kitchen renovation, three separate and complete bathroom remodels, and two new roofs.

William and his team impressed us on the first project with their flexibility, attention to detail, customer focus and value. William, unlike any other contractors we asked for estimates from, was able to provide an early cost estimate and timeline. As the project continued and then finished, William's initial cost and time estimates proved to be very accurate.

The most important element of doing business with William is that he stands behind his work. For the small issues that cropped up after some projects, William was quick to resolve them.
