Temperature Design is a fantastic HVAC company, without question!!! I had a geothermal unit installed back in 2003 and it needed to be replaced. Got several quotes and decided to go with them based on price, professionalism, expertise and customer reviews. Could not have made a better decision! Went with a Water Furnace Series 7 Geothermal 5 ton unit. This thing is amazing. Super quiet, crazy efficient and our home has never been so comfortable. Travis and team did an amazing job on the install and even reconfigured some of the existing ductwork to improve airflow. All the wires and ducting are neatly organized and secured. They cleaned up everyday when they left even when they were returning the next day! Very impressed. Highly recommend Temperature Design. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Love this company, they have been a saving grace for my heat and air unit. One technician in general is just completely amazing, Charlie you're awesome and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family!

Treated great from my first interaction. Unfortunately, we had to replace 2 furnaces, 2 ac units and a good amount of duct work a the same time. They came in about 10 grand lower on their quote than a more "well known" Charlotte company. Were timely and respectful to our home. Cleaned up after themselves everyday. Very high quality service and products.

First off, I'll say that I'm not one to write a review like most who think their opinion on everything from an air freshener to a soup spoon really matter. But I had an odd noise coming from my crawl space when the heat kicked on and I couldn't diagnose it. Being fairly new to the area I didn't know enough about any HVAC company in the area to make a safe decision. My electrician, who's work I respect, recommended Temperature Design because he has worked frequently with them on the same projects. I took his advice, especially since this wasn't a straight forward service call. Lee arrived a little earlier (which he called first to approve) than scheduled and was great. I told him the issue I'd been having and of course it didn't happen while he was there. He took his time, checked everything and really thought outside the box at what might be causing the noise. He worked at and took his time to diagnose something that was unusual even though he had a full schedule of appointments that day. He made a few adjustments here and there and offered suggestions in case the noise returned. He could have easily told me, 'it's not making any noise NOW, everything is working fine, call us back if it happens again', but Lee seemed genuinely interested in finding out what the problem was and fixing it. I was impressed (which many would say is hard to do) so I will be signing up for their maintenance contract come spring time because of his work ethic. I can't speak for every employee there, but I can tell you if Lee is the tech who comes to service your issue, you'll be in good hands.
