  I want to thank Dennis Cookus and the Service Department at Charlotte Ski Boats. Our new
  Mastercraft was damaged during a storm last fall and they have done an excellent job repairing all of the damage and doing all of the little things to make our experience the best it could possibly be. The communication from Dennis has been second to none and we are glad that he is part of the Charlotte Ski Boat team!

  Jason was very professional when he delivered our boat. Took us though everything from putting the cover on the boat to operating the display. He showed us how to fill the bladders for different surfing people, etc.... Jason was very professional. He assisted with getting some minor problems resolved with CSB in a timely manner. All the staff at CSB have been great to work with. Ashley was very helpful in setting up the retailers to place our numbers and clean an area on the bow of the boat.

  CSB was truly like buying from family. First off, everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. EVERYONE was very welcoming and inviting. No high pressure sales tactics like I experienced at other boat dealers. They prepped the boat we were interested in and took us out on the lake on Sunday (when they were closed) when it was 40 degrees and the wind was blowing 25mph. Once we decided on a boat they made the entire process as simple and easy as possible. They even got me a better rate than any other dealer in the area quoted. If you’re considering a new boat you owe it to yourself to stop in and check these guys out. You won’t be sorry!!
