Dr. Bertsch saved my mother's life after she had been a surgical patient at a large academic hospital outside the area, was treated and released to home but suffered from post-surgery sepsis and infection. She was rushed to Lake Norman Regional Medical Center where thankfully, Dr. Bertsch was on-call, and performed emergency, life-saving surgery. Dr. Bertsch is an experienced and very skilled surgeon who is also kind and compassionate. We are so fortunate to have a surgeon of her fine caliber in Mooresville.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bertsch twice over the years. Once for a skin cancer on my forearm and another time for the removal of a cyst from my back. I found Dr. Bertsch to be very professional. For both areas, you can barely tell where the sutures were and almost no scar. Her office staff was friendly & helpful as well. Hopefully I won't need to see her for anything else, but she would be my first choice if I ever needed a surgeon again.
