  Before I write my review, I will be up front & say I am an employee of Leonard. I didn’t have to buy from Leonard. I did because I know the quality of products that they produce & I know without question they stand behind warranties & the Leonard name.
  Today I had a flat top carport attached to my home. 12x12 grilling sitting area. The scheduler (Jane ) Called around 7a to make sure all was good because our area has been saturated with rain. I could not be there for the install & my husband is out of town so she walked me thru how to mark the area for the guys. She was fantastic! Mike & Vessell called to let me know exactly when they would be there great communication. Just because I work here doesn’t mean I know how the all the process works, we sell 1000’s of things. Leonard is a big company in 5 states!! Then I got the dreaded call!! There is a problem (boo!) My husband is out of town!!!!! Mike explained everything to me and gave me choices. He made sure I understood & gave me explanation of the differences. Communication again over the top! I took pictures thinking I could post them on here but I don’t see how (boo!) because it looks more then fantastic OMG’SH ... I could not be any happier nor satisfied that I work for a company that from start to finish was professional treated me exactly like a real customer... Leonard Understood I am a real customer!!! The service, quality and experience hands down five star!!!!

  Purchased a tow package and ball mount here. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gary was very helpful when I came to pick up the items, assembled the ball mount, and even loaded it into my car. Prices were very competitive which is why we ended up choosing this place over Lowe's.p

  This one maybe a long one..... but they deserve the same attention to detail they showed me. I called about January 2nd to book an appointment to do a spray in bed liner, the first available was the 8th which was a little disappointing at that time. Now it was worth the wait. I didn't have time to confirm my appointment the day before like I prefer to do and have good communication so I just dropped it off and left the key. I got busy the next day and got a call about 930 letting me know they found the key and the truck was being prepped. Mind you the truck wasn't obvious where I placed it and I didn't tell them where the key was so that was impressive. Was busy again for a couple days and final had a chance to call and pay over the phone, so I could pick it up after hours. Never once did I get a call over those couple of days looking for me to get the truck out of there asap which was nice not to have that pressure. When I finally got it back the attention to detail was great they pulled the screws that hold the panel on the tailgate so service would be easy and this was a re-spray so they had extra prep to do. It looks the best I have seen yet on one of my trucks brochure worthy.

  Leonard is awesome I met Tammy Humphrey on Facebook market place last night. I need a 6x12 trailer when I got there she told me about a finance company doing 6 months same as cash. I bought a liberty building yesterday and found out she had a better deal . So I canceled my purchase with liberty and bought both my trailer and my building 6 months same as cash!!! She was awesome and the company is priced right!!!
