  I tried a new service that Serene Harmony offers: Bamboo Fusion. The heat of the bamboo was amazing! It helped me relax and Misty was able to find all my tight spots. I don’t know how she did that through the bamboo, but she seems to be in complete harmony with what my body needs.

  Misty is the only massage therapist I have ever been able to find who knows how to work with my muscles. Her massages have helped my pain level tremendously. I went from having headaches four times a week to maybe two times a month. When I didn’t have a headache, I had continuous neck and shoulder ache. I very rarely have that now. The bamboo massage is very relaxing. With the heat from the bamboo, I felt very relaxed and my muscles felt very relaxed. It takes a lot to get my muscles to relax as they are always working very hard to keep my joints in place with hypermobility.

  Any day I get to visit Misty at Serene Harmony is a good day. Yesterday was even better because I got to experience the bamboo fusion massage. This experience starts with warm coconut oil. Then, warm bamboo sticks are used to work to ease those tight muscles (in my case.) I was skeptical because I usually need alot of pressure to ease my knotted muscles. However, the bamboo fusion experience was able to “melt” my muscle tension while giving me a deeply relaxing experience. I highly recommend this experience and I highly recommend Misty McBee at Serene Harmony.

  Love the new bamboo-fusion massage technique Misty is providing!
  The heated bamboo feels wonderful & created a more relaxing session for me. It amazed me that it felt just like her hands other than the heat! Glad to hear it will help her with hand fatigue.
