Lance was great to work with. The quality of work was top notch and his price was several thousand dollars below the next guy. This is the second of our rental units that he's done for us and in both cases we are very satisfied with the work and the price. You'd be crazy at least to not get a quote from him if you are looking for a new roof.
WOW!! What a great job. Cleaned the rood deck of ALL existing nails and material. Installed about 20 square of shingles with GAF Roof Deck Protection Synthetic Felt and Cobra Ridge Vent for more adequate ventilation. Replaced two skylight with Velux energy efficient products. Completed step flashing where the previous roofer stopped short , causing leaks from hard driven rain.
Cleanup was fantastic ...no nails found on the ground. Owner came by for a final inspection the next day (Saturday)because the crew finished about 7:00 on Friday night.
Oh yes, most competitive quote we received! Lance was in constant communication before, during and after the install.
Great roofer! Lance’s crew did a great job on my new roof several years ago! But his customer service doesn’t end there. The terrible storm last week left a tree limb on my garage that I was worried about. I called Lance and he was out checking on it in no time!

He certainly adds that personal touch by meeting with you, discusses your options, explains in detail everything that’s involved, is on site during the job and ensures everything is up to your standard by the end. He is extremely professional and a great communicator. His team provided excellent work in a timely manner and were meticulous with the clean up. I would highly recommend Storm Stopper Roofing and would definitely hire them again if needed.
