Coaching with Kate, Inc.

Kate's coaching is nothing short of life-changing. Having worked with coaches in the past that I thought were excellent, I was very pleasantly surprised by Kate's effectiveness. She is easily one of the most relatable people I have ever met and takes an eager, excited interest in her clients. Kate took the time to understand a bit about my history, my current situation, and the goals I hoped to achieve through our coaching engagement. Then she responded in a communication style that resonated with me like none before. The tools and coaching that she provided truly changed the way I approach challenges or things that I am struggling with in such a positive, productive way. Instead of abstract sessions with very little guidance, Kate left me with incredibly tangible, useful tools and a plan. We check back in on how things are going and Kate continues to offer course correction, actionable feedback, and additional insight. My anxiety is the lowest it has been in as long as I can remember. I'm finding myself to be more productive, and I am finding the self-confidence to set healthy boundaries that are respectful both to others and myself. There are simply no words to express how monumental the work is that Kate has done with me in a relatively short period of time - incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work with her.
