Amazing experience! The facility is gorgeous. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. In and out in two hours which I think is impressive for a walk in urgent care. These ladies hustled but cared and were thorough.
My son sprained his ankle. We brought him to the new Iredell Urgent Care to be seen. The building is beautiful. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. The nurse and the PA that we saw were also very friendly. The Visit lasted 2 hours. We do not have to wait very long in the lobby nor in the waiting room to be seen. I would have given this a 5 star review if radiology didn't take an hour to review the X-ray. I recommend this place for urgent care.
I rarely go to urgent care, and dread it when I do. Iredell urgent care was very pleasant, if that’s possible. The atmosphere was bright and clean and the rooms were big. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Kelly, the PA who saw me was professional and knowledgeable. I hope I don’t need to go to urgent care again anytime soon, but I will definitely choose Iredell, if necessary.
Immediate service, entire staff from check in, nurses, and the PA were absolutely amazing. Such a caring and attentive experience from start to finish. The building is beautiful and everything from the bathroom to my room was clean. My experience was phenomenal and absolutely felt in great hands with Peter my PA for my visit.
Thank you so much for being a 5 star team.
I was greeted upon entering by professional and caring staff
. The nurse taking my vitals was friendly, gave me her name immediately and took my vitals. She also reminded me of her name when she left me to wait for the doctor(which I find impressive as we forget names so quickly)
The wait wasn't very long- which is important if you're in acute distress, I was not.
The doctor listened to me gave me my diagnosis and ordered medication at closest pharmacy.
I thought the experience favorable and would suggest the Urgent Care to anyone without hesitation.
