I has been one year since I started visiting Benningfield Chiropractic. I fell off a cliff, on my mountain bike, and had injuries that I believed were impossible to heal. I was in incredible pain while walking always and walked with a quite severe limp. I had to stop biking, hiking, jogging, playing sports, and even most weight lifting. Last week I went for a nice morning jog on the beach. I am back at the gym and gained twenty pounds of muscle this year. Biking again, and enjoying life again. Chiropractic treatments are so much more than just back cracking, like I once thought. I even haven't taken any allergy medicine for the first time on almost thirty years! I would have never guessed acupuncture would ease all of my congestion, pocket full of tissues, headaches, and runny nose. It was the best decision I ever made in my life to follow through when someone referred me. I am in as good, if not even better shape at 41 than when I was 23 at my old peak! Inside and out!
