We met with Eddie to discuss our needs for a water conditioning system in our new home. Eddie brought a chemistry set with him and sold us on the system by showing us the difference between clean water and what we had currently coming into our home. Eddie was not a "sales man" he let the water speak for itself and offered various solutions. No pressure what so ever to buy. Eddie outlined each system and what it was for and the price for each unit together or each item individually. Eddie gave us our price that day before he left and available dates to install the system. The team of installers arrived early on the day of installation. Introduced themselves and quickly went to work. We were pleasantly surprised to see a clean and tidy work station set up in our crawl space. All the parts and tools were tidy on a table, no mess was left. One of the installers was having trouble locating a water line to our ice maker and instead of drilling holes to locate, he asked for help. We were able to provide him photos of our home during the build process so he could locate the water line. It was nice that he stopped and asked instead of assuming and causing unnecessary damage to our home. My husband inspected the installation after the completion and he was very pleased with the quality of work that was performed. Thank you Eddie, Rick, Kevin and Daniel for a wonderful experience.

I was referred by a friend who was had a system installed about 4 years ago. Eddie was extremely professional and knowledgeable when we met for the consultation. On the day of installation the team was punctual, professional and kept me informed as to what was going on. They were all very professional, personable and did a great job installing my system. After installation I was shown how the system worked in detail and all the valves were clearly labeled, Chris made sure all my questions were answered and was a pleasure to have in my home. We were very happy with the service provided by North Carolina Water Consultants. The installation process was smooth, explained well and they were very clean without a mess left behind. They ran the new water lines to our refrigerator, added a line at our sink and made us aware of an issue and resolved it from when the house was built, where the builder's plumbers ran a hot water line to our refrigerator! I appreciate that they want to do it right and resolved this issue for us! The detail of the system just shows their craftsmanship. We definitely feel relief that our water is now safe and healthy to drink and use and best of all it tastes so much better!

From their office staff to their installation team - everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Eddie, the owner, personally came for the initial consultation and spent over an hour getting to know the quality of our water as well as us personally. A true family-owned operation! Within one week of the consultation, we were able to schedule installation. The installation crew showed up promptly at 8:00am and were done around 2:00pm which is exactly what we were told. North Carolina Water Consultants recently installed a whole-house water treatment system in our home on Lake Norman. We wanted to have our water tested after building the home to ensure that the water would be safe for consumption; the tested sample was not. In addition, we wanted to have water that did not impair our faucets, washing machine, etc., with impurity buildup. We also wanted to eliminate the hard water stains in the toilets that we realized the well water was leaving behind.

Eddie, the owner, came to the house, tested the water and showed us the results as compared to allowable and safe accepted levels. Unfortunately we were outside those levels for a few of the properties.

The decision to have the system installed was simple.

Eddie told us that his installers were company employees and that they would arrive at our home by 9AM and have the project completed by 3PM, and that’s exactly what happened! They are an extremely professional company that says what they are going to do and they do it.

The quality of work is great and you can tell by the finished product that they take pride in their work.

It was a pleasure doing business with them and we now feel confident that the water is safe to drink – no more bottled water!
