NC Farm Bureau Insurance

My family has had Rebekah Sidden as our Insurance agent for many many years. If I had to describe her in one word it would be "AMAZING"! She is one of the kindest, hardest working and Best customer service person I have ever known. Her help in times of need have been invaluable. I honestly cannot write in words how helpful, prompt and expertly she has handled our home problems. It's astonishing in the world we live in these days to find such consideration for others but also to handle every small detail as she does. We moved from the Mooresville area many years ago and it would be easier for us to find a local Insurance agent close by but there is NO WAY I will ever leave Ms. Rebekah Sidden. When you find someone THAT good at their job you don't go anywhere else!! I stay and recommend Farm Bureau Insurance specifically for the service and compassion that Rebekah and Farm Bureau shows my family. Thank you and don't ever change!

Very responsive and helpful with questions super friendly staff. Kyle was able to save us a couple hundred dollars a year between our home owners and car insurances. He also helped walk me through what was the best life insurance for our family and did a great job at explaining the different life insurance policies that worked best for out family!

Our family has been with Farm Bureau of Mooresville for nearly 20 years. Even after moving to another county we remained with our agent Rebekah and her team because they get things done. We have home, auto and life. Now that are kids are adults they have their own policies with Rebekah also. They make sure we have the coverage we need and all it takes is a call to get our needs met. One of the most organized businesses with a friendly phenomenal team!! Highly recommend!

Love.. love..love everyone at this agency! My agent Jamie Watts is the best. Always available to answer questions and be if assistance. As far as Farm Bureau as a company, they are more like family! I've been with them for many years! Wouldn't ever think of changing!!
