  My visit to Dr Massey was excellent. The nurses and front desk are always helpful and caring. I was at the Statesville and Mooresville offices for my foot(toe) problem.

  I had two extremely ingrown nails. I went to Iredell Memorial where the doctor told me nothing was wrong and it wasn’t infected (as it was red, swollen, and draining pus) and my family doctor, who did cut the corner of the nail out, but left some in so it didn’t actually solve my problem. By the time I made it to Advanced Foot & Ankle, it was so bad they had to completely remove both nails. It brought me so much relief. They were super friendly. The nurse even matched my bandages to my outfit. In addition to the friendly staff, after 11 LONG months of not being able to wear my shoes for too long, the slightest bit of pressure on my toe putting me in excruciating pain, not being able to bend my toe because it was so swollen, I am finally back to normal. It’s only been two weeks since I had them removed, but they are healing perfectly. The procedure was so fast and relatively painless. The worse part was the few a seconds it took to get numbed up. I think the entire appointment was 15 minutes or less. I didn’t have any pain after the appointment or after the numbing medicine wore off. I am so grateful my friend recommended I go here to get that issue fixed. And should I EVER get another ingrown nail I will go straight here.

  My foot broke about 10 weeks ago. I walked on it for about five weeks until the pain was so bad I was referred to Dr. Bloom by my primary care doctor. Dr. Bloom’s nurse does x-rays before you even see him. So when I saw him, he already knew my 5th metatarsal was broken. He fitted me with a boot and explained exactly how I should wear/use it. After three weeks I saw Dr. Bloom again. His nurse again took x-rays. When I saw Dr. Bloom, he said it looked good but wanted me to wear a sleeve with my shoe in the a.m. and the boot in the p.m. After two weeks, I saw him again and was set free. And my foot is great and back to normal. Thank you, Dr. Bloom. Oh and did I mention he’s quite personable and maintains eye contact. Always a plus in my book.

  Dr. Massey and his team have always treated me great and resolved my issues. Some minor and one required surgery. Dr. Massey provided me with the options and help me determine what worked best for me.
  
  Everyone in the office is great and treats me like family (ok... better than family.)

  Absolutely the best podiatric experience I have had. The front staff was well prepared and efficient. The nurse that brought me in for the pre testing was excellent and made the experience comfortable. Dr. Massey was excellent in his communication of my issues. He gave me options and discussed them in detail. He went over the X-rays. Not a single complaint.
