Dr. Dudley is a no non sense Chiropractor and Acupunturist! He delivers so much value and he does not over diagnose. He is there to help and he is available and acts in a professional way with his clients. I highly recommend him! He also has a great office staff and they help you feel welcome!

The best Chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Office staff made me feel right at home and were very professional. I went in because I wanted to try acupuncture. Great experience and Dr Dudley adjustments and all the different tools the staff used left me feeling like I was treated like a king. I’ve gone to Chiropractor’s all my life, but none can compare to this. Just give them a try. You won’t regret it.

I was admitted to the hospital when I was 36 weeks pregnant with EXTREME back pain. I couldn't sit, lay down, or stand up straight. I just cried through the pain for 2 days. I had to kneel on the couch and hang over the back to help relieve the pain. I knew something was wrong and finally called my doctor. The ER doc told me that my SI joint connected to my pelvis had come misaligned and I needed to see a chiropractor and he sent me home with NO pain relief. It was 4:00pm on a Friday and had been snowing since noon. I googled chiropractors in Mooresville and was so happy to see that Dr. Dudley was open until 5pm. He was the only one open! I called him to see if he could see me immediately. He was about to close his office an hour early due to the snow and bad road conditions but offered to stay open so he could help me. I was so relieved. My husband drove me there and Dr. Dudley got straight to work. He realigned my SI joint and vertebrae. For the first time in 3 nights, I was able to lay down and go to sleep in my bed. It took a couple of days for my muscles around the joint to relax but I was so thankful for the immediate relief that I got from seeing Dr. Dudley. He was kind enough to keep his office open to help me when I told him I was 36 weeks pregnant and in extreme pain. He waived the vitals monitoring fee as well since I had just come from the hospital, which made the fee incredibly reasonable. I will recommend Dr. Dudley to anyone that needs chiropractic help and will see him again if I ever need someone with that expertise. I had the best experience there.

In the past years I had quite a lot of treatments with great Chiropractors overseas and here in NC and I sure can say that it is not new to me. In most cases Acupuncture was a part of the treatment.
The treatments in this clinic are very professional, individual, combined and super efficient. I am proud to say that I met Dr. Dudley,which patiently takes his time to diagnose, to treat with different methods and most of all shows his deep concern and care about you. You sure feel that you are taken care of. The crew in the clinic is very friendly and welcoming. It is a pleasure to get your treatments there. Saved and recommended.
