  I was impressed with the whole process of my recent purchase of a new Tundra through Santa Margarita Toyota. With the professional assistance of Karen B., I was able to order the model and options through the manufacturer. Karen was straight forward and competent in making it happen. She kept me informed throughout the process and promptly answered all of my questions. I felt like this dealership knows how to treat customers. No hype, no pressure, just straight forward service. I would highly recommend Santa Margarita Toyota for purchasing a vehicle.

  I recently leased my new Toyota Camry XSE Hybrid 2021 and it was the most amazing experience. I was greeted by the owner, and my salesman Nick., with such enthusiasm and expertise and they immediately made me feel right at home. The environment is like none other.. you literally feel like you’re hanging out with friends and family. They worked with me on getting the absolute best deal and car that I wanted. To top it all off.. I had such a great experience with the finance side of it as well.. They really made a great deal and the finance manger, OTTO was awesome. Definitely recommend this dealership and I will be a long time customer.

  Rob and Otto were awesome to work with!! Quick, easy and fun. Purchased a solid truck with all the bells n' whistles for a great price!!! Will definitely be returning when ready to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks guys!!

  I had a great experience with Santa Margarita Toyota. We have been shopping for trucks for a couple months now and this has been the best place we’ve gone to. The people are very nice and sincere, not pushy. They still do the follow up calls but not making you feel pressured. And whenever you say you’re not ready, they do not give you attitude.
  
  I had a hassle-free transaction. I think I was the one giving them the inconvenience, ha! We were able to start the process online. I completed everything while I was at work. They were so great with communication, emails, calls and texts. They gave me a good deal as well! And the best part, they delivered the truck to our house!!! Shout out the Rob and Cody - thank you so much for all your help!!!
