The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and keep you posted on the progress of your car's service. They will pick you up or take you home so you can be productive while waiting for your car. They also inform you of potential future needs to keep your vehicle running so you won't be surprised when the issue arises. Overall it is an efficient process that leaves you with a sense of accomplishment and a job well done.

(March 10, 2020, 2:33 pm)I've never personally been to this dealership as I live in Lake Norman. But I've known Joey for many years and text him to ask some questions about ordering a new Vette. Not something his dealership sells, he still took time out of his day to help me and get me the answers I was looking for. Top notch service in my book. I really appreciate it when people are just helping people, income is just a byproduct of that level of service. I'll definitely bring my 2019 Raptor their for service and recommend all my friends to this Ford dealer.

They found me the exact Ford Raptor I was looking for and there was no need to negotiate anything. They took the time to detail, top off the gas tank and even pair my iPhone to my new ride! Best price, people and “SERVICE” hands down. Thank you and I will be back again!

Honestly, I'm not sure if it was Keith Smith or Randy Marion, but the combination was a pleasant surprise for car buying. Expecting the worst, I hesitated when I rolled into the parking lot. I had already been to other dealerships where I was started through the "sales process" (I'm in sales and can know when I just became a "lead").
Keith was so courteous and very kind. He didn't make me feel like a "lead", just earned my business. I complimented him and he graciously told me it was the "Randy Marion" way.
So, Keith Harris & Randy Marion, I really appreciated the full car buying experience. And by the way, I love my FORD EXPLORER - SHE'S BEAUTIFUL!
