Friendly, helpful, organized, responsive, efficient. It was a totally stress-free experience. They provided a quote almost immediately with full details of what that encompassed. Once we accepted, the work was scheduled and we were apprised of everything that would be happening, along with the schedule. The crews were fast, professional, polite. We received two other quotes for replacement shingles for our home and pool house. Clifton Lane Construction Inc. gave us a quote that was considerably lower than the other companies for the same name brand shingles. The shingles and accessories were delivered quickly, employees showed up on time, superb workmanship, and my landscape around my house and pool was not damaged. They cleaned up all the debris from the old shingles very quickly. We were highly pleased with the professionalism they showed us from the office employees to the workers themselves. We are in the process of building a new home and chose Clifton Lane Construction, Inc. to install our Metal Seam Roof after doing extensive research on roofing companies in the area. I was nervous about choosing an agency we didn't have personal references for; however, their online references were solid and our initial contacts with them set my mind at ease. We first contacted them and obtained a quote more than a year before we were ready to start the process; however, the staff were kind and worked with us during that year to make sure we were on track and to ensure they'd be ready to go when we were. Throughout the process, Brandon, Scott, and Diane were amazing to work with, detail oriented, and easy to coordinate services with. They offered the lowest pricing out of approximately 10 quotes we obtained while still offering to stand by their work with one of the best warranties we found in the field! When it came to the quality of the work, we couldn't have asked for better! These guys work fast, they work hard, and their work is beautiful!! We've had several contractors stop by the house since the roof has been done to ask who did the work! You know their work is solid when other contractors stop by out of the blue to ask who did it! Thanks to the crew who persevered through the heat to get the roof up and to the administrative staff who included us in every step of the way. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience and I will continue to recommend these guys to anyone looking for roofs in the North Carolina area!
