I had gone to another place before and was highly dissatisfied with how it went, start to finish. Once I was due to go somewhere else, I found this place. The staff and Dr. Wilkins are great people. I went to eye care concepts as a new patient. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a thorough eye exam and was able to get the type of prescription needed for my daily and profession life. I really appreciate the time that was taken with me and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I have been to many eye care centers in the past and I have to say this has been one of the very best. I feel very confident in knowing myself and my family will have excellent eye care. Great customer service At this facility. They were very kind, patient and thorough. The Doctor was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail.
