Ordered take out... and wow. Hamburger steak, grilled onions, gravy, and fries. The food was awesome. Next time, I'm bringing the whole crew. Very friendly and attentive staff. The interior has been totally redone. ( It doesn't look like it's former self...Lonestar) If you're in the area...come on and check the out. You won't be sorry.
My husband and I visited Carolina Bleu Grille tonight. We had the chicken wings, boom boom shrimp, cheesy bread and Carolina salad. All of the food was delicious. The salad was fresh and crisp. Our waitress Savanna was very good, kind and cheerful. I hope this restaurant flourishes.
One recommendation is to add more TVs. Thank you for a very good experience!
What a GREAT place. Just what Clayton needed. Read some of the (salty) reviews that trashed this place. Decided to try it anyways. Took my family here and honestly have to say, whatever shortcomings they had previously when they first opened have been fixed. The service was wonderful, the food was HOT and delicious and prices were very reasonable for the amount of food your served. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carolina Bleu!!! We will be back.
We really enjoyed our meal at Carolina Bleu. We arrived after 6:30 on a Friday night and the manager apologized for the 15 minute wait, but we actually only waited ten minutes. Highly recommend the fried peppers app...deep fried jalapenos and banana peppers. For our meal my husband had the country fried pork loin, which he reports was outstanding. I had the chicken pasta with their Cajun Alfredo sauce. Also outstanding. Service was great. We will definitely be back.
My family went today on the first day it was open. The food was okay but the staff is in a bit of disarray. I'm sure it will get better with time!
Edit: We ordered the sampler platter as the appetizer and it only came with marinara sauce. There were onion rings, cheese sticks, wings, and chicken tenders. You have to offer more sauces without us having to ask for more for $16.
