  Customer Service That Is Second To None
  
  There are so many wonderful experiences that I can write down about Bonnie and her Team of Agents but I would exceed the allowed amount of words per post. I’ve been a customer with Bonnie & State Farms for about Three years now and all I can say is that they are “Second to None”. Bonnie and Her Team of Agents are Caring, Courteous, Professional and Responsive in all they do. I have had the amazing pleasure to speak and work with each and every agent and they are all knowledgable in the products and services State Farms offers and will give you all necessary information to help you make a conscious decision. There recently was a fire in a home on the same street but several houses down from where I live, Bonnie got news of the fire and reached out to me to make sure that my family and I were okay and to give me any necessary help if I had been the one in that unfortunate situation.This spoke volumes to me about how much my family and I were cared for by Bonnie and her Team, she reached out to me with the Love and Sincerity that a Family Member would reach out to you.
  
  The last experience I will share in this post was a very recent one not even 30 days old and believe it or not involved the refinancing of my home, yes you read it right “the refinancing of my home”. State Farms have done an amazing thing by Teaming up with Rocket Mortgage by Quicken Loans the “Number One” Mortgage company today. From when I filled out my application with Bonnie to closing took 28 days, prior to this I had given my current mortgage company at the time first opportunity to give me a refinance, while I got them to fill out an application for me thereafter I couldn’t get them to respond to email inquiries or phone calls for up to two months after that initial application. This was when one of Bonnies Agents mentioned to me about State Farm and Rocket Mortgage, then about a week or so later after receiving that information, I reached out to Bonnie so we could get the ball rolling on a refinance and roll it did. Bonnie stood in contact with me to make sure if there was any help or questions I needed throughout the whole process and that I not hesitate to reach out to her I did have any questions or concerns. The Team Up with State Farm and Quicken Loans was the smoothest and easiest process I have been through with help from both sides it was the most easiest and pleasurable experience ever. In all, I have had only amazing experiences with Bonnie and her Team and I am Truly happy with the Products and Services that I receive from them. My State Farm Family ,Keep Up The Excellent work.

  I've been insured with State Farm for about 50yrs. Of course have used different agents over those years.We have been clients of Bonnie Burns since we moved here back in 8/08. We have always gotten the best and courteous service. It's never to much trouble for them for us to get in touch with Bonnie or her excellent office staff. She helped us refinance our home and financed a couple trucks through Bonnie and the State Farm Bank. Bonnie Burns and her staff are there for you. I could go on but I'm sure you see how we feel about Bonnie and her State Farm agency.
