Bath Fitter

A few years ago, I had Bath Fitter come out to replace my old tub/shower with just a shower. I was very pleased with it and with the recommendation to have my shower re-caulked every few years. Well it was time and James Kocsis came out, took up the old caulk and placed a new bead around the shower components. It looks GREAT! He was courteous and professional, didn't even mind if our dog was watching while he worked. Thank you James for your professionalism and attention to detail.

Our shower install was smooth and easy even being a few days before Christmas. Tom, our installer, was professional, courteous, and brought us in regularly to explain the process, what was next and asked what options we wanted to pursue. Very competitive price point as well. Overall we are very happy with the install and the final product.

While we like bath fitter it's to expensive for first time home owners spending over 4000 dollars or more when we can find a local plumber buy a shower kit from Lowe's and spend about 2000 total at most. But the people at bath fitter seem very professional and we almost did it but we don't like big bills hanging over our heads and ruining our credit so while it may be the best your gonna feel the bill. Respectfully speaking...

Every step of the process was quick and easy and i was well informed of any changes before they were made. I got exactly what I wanted and needed without feeling pressured to get unnecessary amenities. Thank you for a job well done.
