    Dr. Nichole Wilson is just all around a great doctor. She's always truly happy. She's very professional and at the same time very friendly. She's thorough and to the point. I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Wilson. I can't believe that there is a better dermatologist than Dr. Wilson. The whole staff is friendly, calm and patient. If you need a dermatologist look no further. The Polly Clinic in Four Oaks is the right place for you.

    The NP and back staff were great! The front staff was efficient, but no pleasantries were extended. The wait time was at least 50 minutes past appointment time! With a couple of adjustments, hopefully, next time I can give 5 stars.

    I left Polley Clinic elated for the professionalism shown from the time I made my appointment and til I had my office visit. My wait time was short and I was in and out within an hour. I wish all doctors’ appointments could be that fast and efficient. I was very impressed.

    Positive and friendly atmosphere from check-in to check-out…The Doctor was intelligent, thorough and very knowledgeable. This was my first encounter an it was great. Nice, clean waiting area..An i didn’t have to wait long to see the Doctor.. My personal rating: A+…..Smithfield, NC office
