(September 14, 2022, 8:58 am)I needed the main shut-off in my home replaced from the faulty gate valve to an updated ball valve. Brian made quick work of it and for a price nearly half what I was quoted by another plumbing service in our area. I'm a repeat customer - he took good care of a supply line leak in a previous home 15 years ago. I remembered his efficient honest work from then, and nothing's changed! Highly recommend!

I was given Brian’s Plumbing LLC as the go to many many times but many people in the area that have used him. I reached out to them via Facebook and Kris ( his wife) responded within minutes of sending the quote request. She texted back and forth with me answering questions and had me send pictures to help with my issue and also offered assistance with her number for when I had to go buy the part the next day at the store for their job,,,, they were able to squeeze me in within a remarkable turnaround time. Brian came out to my house and was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He had everything up and working in no time. They were VERY reasonable pricing and their customer service was beyond a 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking and I am so glad I found my go to plumber! Thanks for your exceptional service Brian and Kris!

He was very patient answering our questions and explaining what he did! His costs were very reasonable! He will now be our go to plumber!

(January 4, 2022, 6:24 am)He's very good at what he does. I had to call Brian's Plumbing for a monster toilet clog. We're thinking my toddler may have flushed a Thomas train or something. My husband broke 2 plungers and a very basic auger you can get at Lowe's. But Brian's industrial auger was the key. He put his all into it and unclogged that beast. Just in time for my parents and younger sisters to visit for Christmas. The price wasn't bad at all. 😊
