  My mom had a minor heart attack and she did rehab there and now she's doing rehab for a hip surgery so after she does this one she was going to do it again so they've been treating her well so nice facility

  Very clean as well as very helpful staff to guide you through any questions or services that you may need. For the times that I have been at the facility the therapist who helped me was very knowledgeable, and had an online library to back it up. Nevertheless, all the staff were very helpful, and also made mention of one on one training if it was something that I wanted. Plan to go back when funds alow me to get a personal trainer, and other services. 2020 then, now 2022 still have confidence in the facility for physical therapy, and primary care when needed.

  This location is huge! Wide open, clean, and has pristine equipment. The second floor had some awesome Hammer strength power racks with good bumper plates. This is a really nice gym!

  Great gym with with a wide range of seated weight machines all the way too free open weights upstairs plus an indoor track. After you get done with your workout kick back and let those muscles relax at there clean hot tub. There bathroom facilities are also always clean it really feels like employees really care about us here. Come on people best gym in sanford hands down I never write public comments about places but this gym is worth :)

  They let me check the place out for free, and even for heavy lifting (bench at 315 and dead’s at 500) this place will support it. Plenty of room and free weights.
