Cindy is always great but the appointment scheduling is awful ! I tried for 2 days to get someone on the phone to schedule my husband an appointment, to no avail. I finally went through the website and that wasn't easy. The appt. was scheduled for the following week. The next day after I got the appt., they called, cancelled the next week appt.and rescheduled for that day in the afternoon. When we arrived, they had no record of the change. They almost turned him away but Cindy did see him.

I’m leaving a reason for my “never” response’s for the last 6 months. I have Not been seen at this office for Over 6 months. Cynthia Amster ,PA,C , has always been a Wonderful provider! Personable, listens carefully & talk’s with me about all of my test’s,why they need to be done and what the results mean & what I need to do moving forward. I’m a Big Fan!

I feel like this is the best medical care team I've ever gone to for sleep therapy. Communication between every part of the team is excellent. One of the problems in the past for me is when my insurance company decides that they aren't going to pay for some tests, services, or procedures that the doctor recommends. The team has even been helpful in advocating for why these tests are necessary to improve my health, or finding another solution that my insurance company is willing to pay for.

I highly recommend Pinehurst Medical Group in every aspect of your healthcare needs, but Cindy goes above and beyond when it comes to making you feel heard and seen. She is the friendly face of the team that keeps me going back, and not dreading visiting the office.
