Protec Collision

I can't speak highly enough about this company. First and foremost, the quality of work they performed on our vehicle was excellent. The communication was great as well. You can tell these guys care about the customer service they provide. When I went to pick up our car, I was surprised to see that they detailed both outside and inside the car at no extra cost to us! Don't even wonder about how good these guys are. Not that I ever plan on needing body work again, but if I do, Protec Collision will be my first call.

I made the mistake of using another body shop here in town off Tramway Rd (you know the place) needless to say car was a mess from them after they failed 2x to fix my car (tramway place) but the Nick trio jumped at the chance to fix us right up.

Blown away! The team at ProTec is amazing!! I was greeted by Ole when I arrived, very professional and an amazing painter. Nick the General Manger, made sure I stayed informed through the entirety of the process. Nick#2 is truly a pro when it comes to bodywork and collision repair. I mean look at the before and after, the car looks better than it did before the accident and not a bolt out of place. The total repair was complete and ready for pickup in 18 days, I couldn't have even order the parts that fast. They even had it cleaned before I picked it up. Outstanding quality, speed, communication, professionalism, great price and all around great guys. Trust me, you want to bring you repair to ProTec.
