  Today, I'm at Meineke, I had the best service. Junior really knows how to go the extra mile. He's very open, direct and friendly...just what I needed ????

  I went in today for oil change a quick procedure they did tell me it would take about 45 minutes so I decided to go to Aldi's and do some grocery shopping when I got back my car was already in the bay and it was almost done so I bought my groceries inside the two young ladies at front had no problem with which I very much appreciate but then again man his name was Matt I think on his name tag pulls my car out of the back right up to the front door which made it very easy for me to get these groceries out of his buggy into my vehicle but he proceeded to open my door lift my hatchback put my groceries in the car and then offered to take the buggy back to all these which is a pretty good walk across the parking lot but it's also 35 degrees outside which he ran over there and I very much appreciated it this act of kindness almost brought me to tears as I'm driving away this young man went above and beyond his his job description after you service my car he was done but no he took the time out to make sure that my groceries in the car and the buggy I had got returned the all these awesome awesome young m

  Very impressed with this family run business. I sat in on a conversation between Jim and a customer and heard of several family members working together in what seemed to be great harmony. I was only there for a second opinion and the guy could have undercut my original quote but he had integrity and told me it would be the same basic price. Jim was knowledgeable, spent lots of time and didn't even charge me for the inspection.

  Fast Service, Reliable and Trustworthy. My experience here has been very good. I have met the owner who is a very friendly man who is also very Vet friendly. My wife came to this place for years before we met and has used this place for various things since then. I have gone along with her to make sure that they are not trying to do the typical rip off a woman with the usual auto shop scams involving unnecessary procedures. I have found this to not be the case. There are women that work inside that do the service writing. I have never experienced any incorrectly done work from this place. It is fairly convenient to the local highway. There is however, absolutely nothing to do in the local area. It is in the area of Beatties Ford which is probably the best area of Beatties Ford. What I mean by this is that it is fairly safe area for a auto repair center. They seem to provide a fair amount of services and the turn around time to pick up the vehicle has been more than acceptable. The waiting area is clean even though the business seems to be busy at all times.
