  We had a great customer experience at Hendrick BMW at North Lake. The sales staff was amazing, Carl Busby made the overall process seamless and easy! He has great knowledge and explained us every information in detail. Carl ensured all of our questions are answered and called back to make sure we are satisfied with the vehicle and the service. Top notch customer service from BMW and I love my vehicle. Jordon from finance department was equally helpful and made the buying process seamless. 5 star to Carl and team!

  I experienced the best customer service ever from Yuri, Shane, and Dawson. Yuri went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. The entire team stayed late, arrived early, and worked during off days to help me. Shane worked closely with me from start to finish, providing great wisdom during the process. Yuri communicated with me daily and only tried to help, not sell a vehicle. Meaning his focus was on my needs in terms car type and budget. Dawson was very helpful and check on me during the process and after. Honestly, they treated me like a family member. I did not feel the pressure of car reps trying to sell a vehicle, but more like friends trying to help out. I gained more than a new car , I gained friends who will be my contacts for future car purchases and services for a lifetime. I was so blessed by the entire experience from start to finish. Thank you for being a blessing! Oh, and I love my new car that was purchased at the best price in the state thanks to your help!

  It was my ever best car buying experience. Thanks Yuri Carvalho for the great attendance. Always available and very interested in facilitate everything. From one day to the other I got my car even I needing to get my driver license as I begin living in the US few days ago. Yuri basically taught me how to get my driver license from the scratch. Congratulations Hendrick for the excellent team!

  My wife and I got our vehicles serviced here at Hendrick BMW Northlake location for the first time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Antonie Short. Immediately, I noticed his great customer service skills. Antonie was very helpful and answered all questions that I asked. He also gave me some helpful tips to insure that we keep ours vehicles maintained. Because of Antonie great customer service, my wife and I will be coming only to this location to get our vehicles serviced in the future. This is an example of professionalism and we were very pleased.

  This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman, Carl Busby, went above and beyond any expectations I had walking in the door. To call him just a salesman is an understatement. His patience, care and follow up made me feel appreciated, respected and safe in the car I purchased. The entire staff was helpful from start to finish. Jordan in the finance department was patient and personable. I will continue to buy cars from Northlake BMW and recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you for a great experience!
