  I am so thankful that my doctor sent me here for physical therapy. Megan was great to work with on scheduling my appointments and handling the insurance. And Grant was awesome in explaining and demonstrating the various physical therapy exercises for my neck and shoulder pain. He recommended dry needling and that was an immense help in releaving my pain. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing physical therapy!

  I'm very pleased with the outcome of my treatment here. The physical therapist, Grant, was patient and encouraging throughout my recovery. He developed a plan for me and modified it as needed during the process. His personal style and medical knowledge combination is very effective!

  I highly recommend compleat Rehab Mt Holly Clinic. This was my first experience with dry needling and it has been great. I've done all sorts of neck and shoulder injections in the past. Dry needling and site specific exercises have significantly helped me with pain and inflammation. Dr. Grant is fantastic to work with. You never feel rushed! He listens to you and caters the treatment to your needs and your goals. And it is very easy to schedule appointments and get seen quickly. You won't be disappointed. A++++ experience for me and I will definitely be back if the shoulders flare up.

  I had struggled with shin splints for over a year when I came to Grant. I started seeing improvements within the first few weeks of treatment. 3 months later and I’m able to do things I never could’ve imagined. He is amazing at diagnosing the cause of the problem and knowing just what to do to fix it. He makes a personal connection with everyone and they are very understanding with crazy schedules. I will definitely recommend Compleat Rehab to others.

  Grant at Complete-Mt. Holly is very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable physical therapist. He takes time to learn and understand client/patient issues and concerns. Highly recommended for improved mobility and quality of life.
