The exterminator that came to secure the house was great and should have 5 stars. The sales guy that was here and I went through everything with did not convey the information we talked about. So the exterminator did all he could do and will schedule a visit next week to take care of the wasps on the exterior, which I especially had pointed out for the salesman.
Update: There was a follow up after the exterminator was done and I am now scheduled for the wasp removals.
