  Would have given 5 stars except I couldn't get a staff member to help me with baskets. Had to use my cane to knock the ones I was interested in down! This was After I asked a lady if I could use the big metal steps to reach them and she said no, I would have to get an employee to help me! She was an employee.

  The store was well let, the employees were all very nice. It was well kept in general. We really appreciated that fact that the register person provided us coupons to reduce the cost of our products!

  Great selection of items. Great prices as i could always catch a deal if you sign up for the rewards program. Store is always clean and not usually too busy.

  Michael's is very well stocked and organized. They offer classes in making wreaths and decorating special occasion cakes. I was looking for new buttons for my coat and was disappointed in their selection. I did better at Joanne's. Michael's is a bit pricey, but it works well if you use coupons and collect your materials gradually.

  The staff is helpful in finding what you are looking for, most of the time. Of course I'm writing this on December 22nd so they get a pass for being a little busy. I wish that the local store carried more rocketry and aviation supplies. I have a young lady that is very interested in making something with me that flies. Typically will stocked and clean store.
