Nice sub-division. Quite, low crime and fairly well kept homes and yards. Lot of young children so be careful if visiting. The biggest problem is trying to leave which involves getting on East John Street. Use to only back up in the morning's and afternoon's. With the growth Mecklenburg County has seen it is backed up almost the entire day. This problem is not new and most sub-divisions in the county have the same problem. Finding some kind of solution to address John Street's traffic needs to be a priority.
