This furniture store did not give off the harassing feel that some others in the area did upon arriving in the building. Would definitely do business here again!

My salesperson was Dennis.
Dennis greeted My daughter and I at the door and directed us
to the items we wanted to see.He gave us the details of the
sales and made sure we knew if we had any questions he would be there
to help. I have shopped at Havertys for my livingroom funiture ,&carpet
I have never been disappointed with furniture or the service. -

(August 21, 2018, 6:18 pm)Gorgeous furniture. Made well. Some very unique pieces. I was able to cancel an item after my order was ready for delivery because it wasn't going to fit in a different house that we purchased and there wasn't any problem with that. I'm also able to keep my items on hold there until we go to closing and we're ready for delivery. They give you a grace period to return after the items have been delivered. Now we did place a $15,000 order of multiple rooms after a relocation here. I don't know if we were getting special treatment our not, but I think that's the normal policy. Of course very pleasant staff, and not pushy at all.
