Always very helpful
This office provided the best experience I have had at an Optometrist's office. The office staff was delightful! There was minimal wait time after providing my completed patient information forms (print the form from the website and fill it in prior to your visit to save time) and the receptionist ALREADY had my insurance information when I walked in the door despite my having provided barely anything when I made the appointment online. Dr. Hawks was friendly, very information and had a stellar manicure(this is relevant). Because Dr. Hawks takes the time to explain certain details in layman's terms, I learned a lot about my vision during my visit. I was thrilled she took a few extra minutes to investigate an issue with my eye that several previous doctor's swept under the rug. There was a pair of glasses that I was interested in but not sure about the color. Seeing that making a decision was somewhat challenging for me, the woman that orders the frames showed me the different color choices available online. Since we were both having a difficult time viewing the color choices, SHE ORDERED BOTH COLORS just so that I could view them in person!!! I'd also like to mention the eye exam was actually fun and there wasn't anytime that I felt uncomfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bonus points for having late hours AND for operating during those hours as if the office just opened and everyone is on their first cup of coffee.
