  I have lived at Blu at Northline for a year and a half and LOVED it. Ricardo is awesome to deal with and I am very impressed with their response time to any concerns, issues, or questions. Keep up the great work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Since moving into Blu at Northline apartments in December 2017, my experience has been nothing less than an exemplary. As an individual that has lived in apartments for many years, I find this property to be very friendly, inviting, and full of amazing amenities. The leasing staff has always been very informative with any information as well as great host during their amazing community events. When talking to others about relocating to Charlotte or searching for a new place to live in the Charlotte area, I always suggest Blu at Northline Apartments. Where else can you find a place with such an awesome staff, fast response time from maintenance, and be within walking distance to two LYNX stops in the university city area? I strongly recommended anyone looking for the perfect new home to come in and visit Ricardo, Marissa, Davone as their customer service skills are comparable to none.

  I love living here and the staff are super friendly. The closets are the size of another room and it's amazing with all the stuff I have. Marissa in the office is super friendly and helpful with anything you need. She helped us with the process transferring from one unit to another. Don't miss your chance to live at Blu!

  I have recently moved into Blu @ Northline. Its the perfect community I was looking for coming from Florida. The move in process was the best I have ever experienced thanks to Edith Torres. She worked with me very diligently and dedicated. Edith is a great example for leadership material and displays great work ethics. I look forward to living here @ Blu and the staff has made me feel right at home!

  I moved into Blu in December of 2017. Great looking community with amazing amenities. It’s very safe and secure being a gated community with gate key entrance at the buildings. I moved to Charlotte for work and it was so easy making friends here since everyone is so warm and welcoming. The staff here has been great. I leased with Marissa and the process was so quick and simple. I really want to highlight Ricardo Lawson for his attention to detail and sense of urgency. I’ve had some minor issues and Ricardo addressed them immediately with resolutions. It feels good knowing that no matter how small the issues, I was top priority. Highly recommend.
