  5 Stars! Best Apartments! My Top Recommendation! Normally don't like to use up my time with reviews unless a place really gets to me and I take the time to share a 1 star experience, However Crest On Providence has just been particularly beyond an amazing experience and I just cant stop, but to think they just are not getting recognized enough for going above and beyond in their quality of care, service, professionalism, and friendliness. The apartments are very spacious and have great water pressure, maintenance is very responsive and have fixed anything with good turnaround. The Leasing office are respectful and great at communicating, they are very accomodating, and friendly people that go the extra mile to engage the community and create and invite residents for events in the clubhouse. The community is dog friendly and allows large dogs, has tennis courts, a 24 hour gym, pool and is in a great area. It is next to Providence Square Shopping Center, and a couple minutes from a relatively new shopping center with the Fresh Market and a few minutes from other several Plazas. It is nearly next to a 24 hour 7/11 and several schools to include some of the best private schools. About a minute from Matthews in South East Charlotte. I have been here for about 7 months so far and many more to come!!

  We've been here 4 yrs and love it. The location is prime. The price we have is fair and the main reason we've stayed. It's quite and the neighbors keep to themselves. The rooms are huge because these are older apartments. I love the huge patio as well, plenty space for outdoor furniture and a grill or firepit. The office staff is nice and Tonya has done more than we can ever thank her for. Maintenance is quick with getting the work done, usually a day or two after request
  is put in. The grounds are kept as clean as possible. The pool is huge. The gym is nice as well just a little small. Sometimes in the summer the upstairs can get a little warm but we've learned how to adjust. I wish the apartments were a little more updated as far as the appliances go but not a huge concern. Overall a great place to live! Overall a great place to stay!
