  The new management has really shown a commitment to the constant improvement of this complex. Danielle, the property manager, is absolutely amazing. Every request gets handled in a timely manner, she listens to the concerns of the residents and makes things happen! Shoutout to Mike on the maintenance staff too, he deserves recognition.

  Change is good, as people are sometimes resistant to it for different reasons. I can say that this most recent change in management at the property level has been great for the Arwen Vista Community. Thanks for listening and for the noticeable changes thus far.

  The staff was very helpful. I am not looking until April of next year to move but they made me feel very welcome and excited to have me and my wife move here. I met Candace and Shelly and they were very professional. Thank you and if you are looking for a great place to move they are excellent. I will be moving with my wife here very soon.

  I visited Arwen Vista and loved the community! I am going to move in here as soon as my lease is up. The 2 girls in the office this week were so nice and helpful. I look forward making this my home. The pool area is so pretty and I can't wait to sit by the fire one evening. Great Place!
